This fitness journal is great for tracking workouts and progress. The A5 size is easy to carry, and the layout is simple to use. The blue cover looks nice too. It’s been very helpful for staying organized and reaching my fitness goals!

One standout feature is the planner's extensive page count, providing more than enough space to cover around six months of daily 5-a-day workouts. This long-term coverage is excellent for maintaining consistency and observing trends in my fitness routine over an extended period. While the planner is functional, I do have a minor wish—it comes in a limited color range. While the available colors are pleasant, having more options would add a touch of personalization. It's a minor point, but a broader color selection could enhance the aesthetic appeal and allow users to choose a planner that resonates with their style. One of the aspects I appreciate the most is the comfort of writing in the planner. The pages are well-constructed, providing a smooth surface that accommodates various writing instruments. This attention to detail enhances the overall user experience and ensures that jotting down workout details is a breeze.
Excellent fitness journal. Has everything I need. Measurements, notes, goals, all data I could think of per workout & a space for cardio. Small enough to carry around in my hand without need of a gym bag.

I had been creating my own workout charts by hand in little notebooks. Used to take me hours to do just a couple weeks worth because I had to draw the tables and everything. This has everything I need to not only keep track of my workouts, yoga, mobility and cardio, but it’s also the perfect tool to help me hold myself accountable. I am a very goal oriented person and believe that if something is measurable it should be tracked. I love seeing my progress from week to week and being able to set new goals often. If you are an information junkie like me, like the tactile nature of pen to paper, want something away from your phone and have a healthy living journal - this is the notebook for you! The price point is just an added bonus.

I love the layout and features of this journal. I'm almost done with a different brand and was looking to try something new. Unfortunately, the paper quality is noticeably different. You can see the text and ink through the pages. Thankfully there's no smudging on the pages and the ink I'm using doesn't bleed through. But, I think the more you fill this up the more distracting the thin paper will be. Picture shows the text and formatting from the previous page.

The format of the journal is good, but it could be a little less cramped. I don't really need 12 separate exercise rows for a workout with 6 sets each. That is excessive for the average workout. Less exercises/sets with more room to write would have been preferable. However, it is usable. My biggest issue with this journal is the paper quality. The paper is thin and gets wrinkled quickly. When I'm carrying this around the gym, the pages get easily damaged, almost like they got damp and water-logged. I will continue to use this journal while I search for something I like better. Wish I could give 3.5 stars.

Exactly what I wa looking for! Great price and perfect for tracking my workouts
I’ve been working out with a trainer as I’m new to strength training, and I’m using this journal to keep track of workouts. Once I ripped out the first few pages, which were about body measurements and weight loss, I was able to enjoy the journal. Every page has a weight tracker on it if you want that, but I don’t. I work out for pleasure and health, not to change my appearance.
Use this for my student to track their daily progress in class.
I love this fitness journal, it has sections for everything that needs to be tracked and recorded during your fitness journey. It is durable and I love that it has the wire band so you can fold the journal in half when needed.

I liked it so much that I even bought one for my friend.
I do love my app. I do. But writing it down makes such a difference for me. I don't take this to the gym with me because I'm not about to remove my gloves after each set, but I take all the info off my app and plug it into the book. Having a linear method of tracking my training helps me see how I've progressed over time in a way that a digital app can't. The paper has a parchment-quality to it so my pens don't bleed through; but a Sharpie will.
I bought this to Keep track of my work outs sinde I started working out in Jan 2024. Ordered my first one in pink. Then ordered other colors as it filled up. Using it daily allows me to keep track of my weight and measurements as I've lost weight (20 lbs so far 🎉).
Great little journal for me to keep my acts straight during the day. Very functional and a really good value for the price. Very happy with my purchase and I will continue to buy this workout journal.

My recent experience with the Fitness Workout Journal for both Women & Men left me feeling disappointed, primarily due to its size constraints that severely limited its functionality. Initially drawn to its promise of aiding in detailed workout tracking and planning, I found the size of this journal to be a significant drawback. Measuring at A5 size (5.5" x 8.2"), I anticipated adequate space for recording exercises, sets, reps, and additional notes. However, the reality was quite the opposite. The limited space within the journal was a considerable hindrance. There simply wasn't enough room to log exercises comprehensively. This shortfall significantly impacted its utility, making it challenging to write down essential details of workouts effectively. The cramped layout restricted the ability to log workouts in a detailed and organized manner. I expected a workout log planner to facilitate comprehensive tracking, yet the insufficient space left me struggling to fit in all the necessary information, undermining the primary purpose of the journal. As someone who values detailed workout tracking, this journal fell short of my expectations. While the concept and intention behind it were commendable, the practicality suffered due to size limitations, ultimately affecting its usefulness for me. In summary, despite its aim to serve as a workout log book planner, the restricted space within this Fitness Workout Journal for both Women & Men impeded its functionality. I would caution anyone seeking a comprehensive workout tracking tool to consider the limitations posed by its size before making a purchase decision. For those desiring ample writing space and detailed recording, this journal might not fully meet your needs.
I love this fitness journal. It’s perfect to track your progress and see where you’re improving. It’s got a spot for you to document your weights used and reps completed so you can set goals for each workout based on your last! Great quality and honestly a great design. I would certainly recommend.
The only thing is the little strap came off after I while. But I really like the inside and the way you can structure your workouts.
Very practical journal, easy to carry
If you're buying this to suggest your wife should work out, I'd advise against it. But, if your wife is already working out and she's trying to keep track of new exercises or keep track of her reps or what she's doing each day, then, this might get you some husband points! Of course, you may be buying it for yourself or your husband or whomever, it will be well-received by people who work out and want to keep track of their progress.

I've used my phone to track my process but something about writing it down, seeing your goals, and how far you come or how much effort you are actually applying makes all the difference. It's a very user friendly format, it is super cute and the color stands out on my nightstand so it helps remind me to bring it. It's a good size to take around with me and I am excited to be able to look back at how far I've come!

This journal is perfect for tracking your workouts. Easy to use and stay organized. I bought one for my gym partner as well. You can add your measurements, goals, exercises for each day and weights. I am able to easily see what I did before to build on my workouts. It has room for about 6 months. It is also just the right size to throw in my small gym bag.
Really helps me keep track of what workouts I do so I can switch them up on upcoming days. I also love the concept to tracking your weights you are lifting to see the improvement.


This is a really neat journal for exercise. It has different categories that you can enter your data. It looks like it’s good for six months. If you were to do your workouts like you’re supposed to.
I love this because my personal trainer and I can put our sessions down and I can put sessions down that I do on my own and she can see what I do on my own! I have Ménière’s disease and it’s helped me with tracking my balance with exercises I can do and where I need improvement! Best money ever spent! Lots of space! Great quality! Layout is perfect! And I can put my floor handwriting in it for her to read!
Cute color, layout was okay
I’ve had a few workout journals before this and the layout wasn’t very suitable or you don’t have enough space. This layout is so good for different types of workouts (supersets, pyramids, etc.).
For a spiral notebook, it’s hardy. Good size, good value for the money, and sturdy. I like the layout of the pages and how I can enter my weight exercises well.
My 3rd logbook in the last two years - really helps track weight, growth, shrinkage, and daily activities and where you need to work. It is also a good training tool on planning your week and month schedule for different workouts and muscle groups. I buy this as a gift for friends that end up working out with me to help them to also plan and hopefully motivate them
Love using this notebook so I’m not on my phone or subscribing to an app to track my weightlifting progress! Keep a list of exercises in the back and write out all the workout for my week. Wish it had dedicated pages to tracking 1RM to track progress in each exercise.

The layout of this journal is perfect. The size is great. However, the binding sucks! The back constantly comes loose and comes off. The more you use the journal, the worse it gets. It's happened with the 2 I bought. If you try to tighten the metal coil, the pages don't turn. This was a great journal, but I hate picking up the back several times a day from the dirty gym floor....for this reason, I won't purchase again.
I had bought a book bound fitness log book with a cute saying on the cover. However, the pages started coming unglued within days of starting to journal my workouts. This is spiral bound and the pages lay flat. It's easier to use and sturdier. I just wish it had a variety of covers to choose from with fitness based sayings on them. Right now you can choose different colors only. That's ok, I just like to have fun with my log book and journals.
The progress pages have "name" and "height" as the top 2 data points which don't really make sense. My name isn't changing, and neither is my height. It's not as "pretty" as other planners, but does the job and has the basics.
I love all the information you can put on a page. There’s room for cardio, weights, stretching, water intake, and notes. In the front there are progress pages that you can fill out however often you feel, where you can put your weight progress, measurements and even progress pictures. This is a pretty complete fitness journaling book.
This has helped me remain organized and remember what days I did what in the gym.
