Bought these to assist in my physical therapy after a shoulder injury. Easy to "install", as simple as closing the strap at the top of a door frame, and it works as advertised. However, I have to knock off a star for the length of the rope...it's just too long. I can't use it standing or sitting in a normal chair, I have to use a computer chair lowered as far down as it will go. That said, this is significantly cheaper than the $30 pulley my rehab place tried to sell me, so a little extra length isn't that bad in the scheme of things.

I am going to physical Therapy and was introduced to this shoulder pully there. It did such a good job, I told my therapist, I need one at home. She told me that I can buy it on Amazon and it is not expensive at all. Since I have been using it at home too, along with the physical Therapy, I am improving faster!

The item came quickly, is light weight yet sturdy and is easy to attach to any door. The length is perfect and allows you to get your exercise routine accomplished.

The device is easy to install over a door. The equipment feels strong. The handles could be a little more comfortable - although my experience is due to the physical therapist's requirement to keep my thumbs up. (There really isn't a comfortable way to do this with these handles.) In any case, it's a good value for the money and will probably last lifetime.

This was recommended to me by my physical therapist. It's exactly what they use, except I got the pink one. It does the job. Nothing to do with it except hang it over the door. I would definitely recommend.

Life had a total shoulder replacement February 4 we haven’t started using this yet. But did use similar product eight years ago when the other shoulder was done. Excellent in-home device for shoulder therapy.

I was recommended to get this to help with therapy. It is simple to install, just find a door and close it while holding the strap in place over the top. The pulley slides smoothly. The cables and handles seem strong and can hold my arms easily. Recommended.

I needed to do physical therapy for a shoulder injury and the over the door pulleys didn’t really fit the purpose. You just put the rubber end either over the door or wrap it around the side of door and shut the door. You can place it anywhere along the side of the door so you can do horizontal arm extensions. The only thing I have an issue with is that you lose its placement once you open the door again, so I have to find a way to keep it in place so I don’t have to keep resetting its location once I open the door.

Very easy to use over any door that closes. You control the degree of stretch which is good for shoulder rehab. There is no resistance except for what you provide as both arms work in a pully fashion.

I’m in rehab for a broken shoulder and this equipment is vital for regaining range of motion. It’s very affordable and easy to use.

This works well for the physical therapy I need to do for my frozen shoulder. And you can’t beat the price. It’s easy to put over the door and stays in place with the door shut. The cord is too long for what I need to do, but I slid the cord through the handles and tied it off to make it shorter. I can always untie it to make it longer again, if I need to.

I use this as part of my therapy after a shoulder replacement and it is fantastic. It loosens up my shoulder after I do two five minute sessions. Highly recommend this version. It came the next day after I ordered it.

It does a good job, is easy to use and isn’t expensive. You can make the ropes shorter if needed by knotting it beneath the handles, so it is versatile.
